主要从事高性能超级电容器/电池材料设计及其电化学性能研究。

主持高等学校博士学科点新教师基金1项,中国博士后基金1项,横向课题1项,省级教学改革项目1项,校级教学质量工程项目5项;作为主要参与人参加了“国家自然科学基金”、 “973”前期预研项目、广东省自然科学基金、江苏省双创团队项目等多项科研项目的研究工作。
